Wake up
Drink 6 oz. water
Breakfast=Whole grain -i.e. whole wheat toast with fruit
Herbal Tea -i.e. red raspberry leaf tea
Fruit (snack)
Herbal Tea -i.e. burdock tea
Fruit
Lunch=salad and/or soup (whole grain -i.e. barley soup)
Almonds
Water
Dinner= salad- meat
